Seen alot of reviews with people the place was rammed and waited ages... I went to this place last night and it was quite and the smash burger I had was one of the best I've ever had. My advice is go when it's quite I guess.
Hands down the beat burger I've had in the UK, I'm canadian and spent time sheffield for 5 months and other cities as well, nothing compares to the spicey dorito burger. It will be the first takeaway i order now that I'm back in the city !
I ordered Clucker Fries from You Want Beef the other day, but the sauce quantity was a bit less. Since it's my daughter's favorite, I mentioned it to the team while placing another order yesterday. To my surprise, when the order arrived, there was a lovely note from the You Want Beef team saying they had added extra chicken with extra sauce just for my daughter. She absolutely loved it! A big thank you to the team for this kind and thoughtful gesture. Exceptional customer service and delicious food – highly recommend!
Here is the thing. It’s pretty hard if not impossible to get a review out of your’s truly, but it would be unfair not to help others discover this little gem of a place. What we ordered: BareBeef burger meal Mother Clucker meal YWB Special burger mean YWB Classic burger meal Loaded fries (on the house) 1- The person on the front was welcoming. 2- Food arrived within 10 mins of ordering. 3- Was piping hot. And smelt delicious. 4- The burgers were absolutely delicious. 5- Succulent with the right amount of moisture. Not over cooked not under cooked. 6- The taste was exactly what Angus beef should taste like. 7- The burgers were not overpowered with flavouring. (IYKYK) 8- The chicken burgers were top notch. Seems like a secret recipe. 9- The people who served us at table provided service to the book. 10- Last but not least. If you have not tried their fries. You are going to regret it. Bucket list them. Give them a try on your next meal. You can thank me later.
First time trying it out. Left well impressed. Proper full up and a happy young lad. The smashed patties were fantastic. Needed more salad though. The chicken coating was beautiful. The chips were the best I've had. This place is far better than munchies and bigger than phat buns. All on the same road.
